When Emily Graham, Omnicom's new Chief DE&I Officer, first came onto the scene at Omnicom, her first main mission was to move forward the organization known as Omnicom Peoples Empowerment Network, or OPEN. Kevin Green and I collaborated to come up with not only the look, feel, tonality and voice of the new OPEN 2.0 platform, but brought it to life in a variety of decks, platforms and channels.
